These may not be shaped quite like yours, but they will do the job and can be easily trimmed to fit.

 1-7/8" O.D. X 5/8" TALL; I.D. 1/2" HOLE  Shoulder is 3/16". The one has an inner shoulder for alignment.

Each unit purchase gets 1 upper and 1 lower mount. Most cars take 10-14 sets of these.
